Zulu Zion - Shipping

How long will my Zulu Zion socks take to arrive?

We ship all orders every second day before 12.00 GTM with our national postal service (Pošta Slovenija) with priority airmail. Europe: 5-7 business days USA and CANADA: 7-14 business days Rest of the world: 7-20 business days

Do you offer express shipping?

For express shipping please contact us prior your purchase. We work with DHL express to deliver the goods in 1-3 business days within EU and 3-7 business days for the Rest of the World. The price is starting at 15EUR for a package up to 10 socks.

Where are my Zulu’s?

All our orders are shipped with our national postal service (Pošta Slovenija) with priority airmail with tracking number.

How secure is your website?

Our store and checkout process is built on the Shopify e-commerce platform. The same level of security used by banks protects all credit card and transaction information: a 256-bit SSL certificate.

All payments on our Website, including credit/debit card transactions, are processed through PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

* The product was purchased in the last 15 days

* The product is in its original packaging

* The product isn’t used or damaged

* You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Zulu Zion.

Customs

The prices indicated on each product page may not be inclusive of all applicable taxes, depending on the Country of destination. Delays at customs are unlikely, but if they occur this may delay your shipment.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

You can still exchange or return items bought on sale, as long as the items still have tags and have not been worn, used or washed.
